REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to subscription fees paid to Pr3ss3D. By subscribing to Pr3ss3D, you acknowledge and agree to the terms described below.

NO REFUNDS
All subscription fees are non-refundable. Once a subscription payment has been successfully processed, it will not be refunded, including for partial use, non-use, or early cancellation during a billing period.

SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION
Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time.

Cancellation will stop future recurring charges.

Cancellation does not result in a refund of any fees already paid.

Access to subscribed services will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

Subscriptions are canceled through the subscriber’s account settings on the Pr3ss3D website. This process has been designed to be accessible and functional without contacting support.

ASSISTED CANCELLATION AND SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES
If a subscriber is unable to access their account to cancel a subscription due to exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to account access issues, death, or legal incapacity, a request for assisted cancellation may be submitted by contacting:

Requests must include sufficient information to verify the request and the relationship to the account holder. Pr3ss3D reserves the right to request documentation where appropriate.

UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES AND CRIME VICTIMS
If you believe a charge to Pr3ss3D was unauthorized or resulted from criminal activity, please contact us promptly at Charges@pr3ss3d.com. We will review documented claims on a case-by-case basis and may provide appropriate resolution consistent with applicable law and payment processor requirements.

CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTES
Subscribers are encouraged to contact Pr3ss3D directly before initiating a chargeback with their payment provider. Unauthorized or abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension or termination in accordance with our Terms of Service.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Refund and Cancellation Policy from time to time. Any changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
