PR3SS3D COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

Pr3ss3D is a subscription-based, closed-ecosystem social platform designed to enable authentic expression, high-quality content, and meaningful connection without manipulation, bots, or exploitative incentives.

These Community Guidelines apply to all subscribers, all content, and all interactions on the Platform. By using Pr3ss3D, you agree to follow these guidelines in addition to our Terms of Service.

We update these guidelines as risks evolve and as the Platform develops.

CORE MODERATION APPROACH

We aim to balance creative expression with harm prevention.

We use a combination of:

automated systems, and
human review
to enforce these guidelines.

We may:

remove content,
restrict visibility or features,
suspend or terminate accounts

when violations occur.

We do not guarantee that all content on the Platform complies with these rules at all times.

PLATFORM ELIGIBILITY

Pr3ss3D is an 18+ platform.

We do not permit accounts operated by or on behalf of individuals under the age of 18.

If we become aware that an account is operated by a minor, the account will be terminated.

SAFETY AND CIVILITY

Pr3ss3D is a space for disagreement, debate, creativity, and critique — not harassment, intimidation, or harm.

You are expected to engage with others in a way that respects human dignity, even when opinions differ.

VIOLENCE AND CRIMINAL ACTIVITY

We do not allow content that promotes, threatens, or facilitates violence or criminal activity.

NOT ALLOWED

threats of physical harm toward individuals or groups
encouragement or praise of violent acts
instructions or coordination of criminal activity
promotion of property destruction or environmental harm

ALLOWED

fictional depictions of violence
colloquial expressions that are clearly non-literal
news, documentary, or educational content that does not promote violence

We report credible and imminent threats to appropriate authorities.

HATEFUL CONDUCT AND HARASSMENT

We do not allow hate speech, hateful conduct, or the promotion of hateful ideologies.

This includes attacks based on protected characteristics such as:

race, ethnicity, nationality, caste, or tribe
religion
sex, gender, gender identity, or sexual orientation
disability or serious disease
immigration status

NOT ALLOWED

dehumanizing language
slurs or symbols associated with hate
claims of superiority or exclusion
harassment or intimidation based on protected characteristics

ALLOWED

counter-speech and condemnation of hate
educational or documentary discussion
satire that does not promote harm

SEXUAL EXPLOITATION AND ABUSE

We do not allow sexual exploitation, abuse, or coercion of any kind.

NOT ALLOWED

sexual abuse or exploitation of any person
non-consensual sexual content
sextortion or sexual coercion
image-based sexual abuse

We cooperate with law enforcement where legally required.

SEXUAL CONTENT AND NUDITY

Pr3ss3D is not an adult content platform.

NOT ALLOWED

explicit sexual acts
pornographic content
fetish or kink content
sexual services or solicitation

RESTRICTED (18+ VISIBILITY CONTROLS MAY APPLY)

sexually suggestive content
semi-nudity of adults

ALLOWED

educational or medical content
non-sexual artistic expression
culturally contextualized body exposure

HARASSMENT, BULLYING, AND DOXXING

We do not allow harassment, bullying, or the misuse of personal information.

NOT ALLOWED

doxxing or threats to release personal information

coordinated harassment

threats of serious harm

impersonation intended to deceive

ALLOWED

criticism of ideas, content, or actions

satire or parody that is clearly disclosed

MISINFORMATION AND DECEPTION

FALSE CLAIMS AND REAL-WORLD HARM

Pr3ss3D does not act as an arbiter of truth and does not prohibit the discussion of controversial, speculative, unpopular, or conspiratorial ideas.

We believe that open examination, challenge, and debate — without algorithmic amplification or automated virality — allows false or unsupported claims to be addressed directly by other subscribers, journalists, and subject-matter experts.

However, there are limited circumstances where false claims may cause immediate or real-world harm. In those cases, we may take action.

WE DO NOT REMOVE CONTENT SOLELY BECAUSE IT IS FALSE OR CONTROVERSIAL

Subscribers may:

discuss conspiracy theories
question official narratives
express skepticism toward institutions, experts, or authorities
debate science, medicine, history, and current events
criticize media, journalism, and public figures

Counter-speech, debunking, satire, and ridicule are explicitly allowed and encouraged.

WHEN WE MAY TAKE ACTION

We may restrict or remove content when false claims cross into direct harm, including:

instructions or coordination that could lead to physical injury or death
medical claims that actively discourage urgent or necessary care in emergency situations
fraud, scams, or impersonation presented as factual information
targeted harassment or incitement framed as factual claims
coordinated deception intended to manipulate elections, markets, or public safety responses

This determination is based on risk and impact, not ideology or popularity.

NO ALGORITHMIC AMPLIFICATION

Pr3ss3D does not use engagement-based ranking systems that elevate sensational or misleading content.

Visibility is determined by:

subscriber choice
channel selection
direct following
intentional discovery

False or sensational claims do not receive automatic amplification.

JOURNALISM AND VERIFICATION

As Pr3ss3D develops its journalism and verification programs, subscribers with verified credentials may provide additional context, investigation, or rebuttal.

Verification badges indicate identity and role, not endorsement or authority over truth.

OUR ROLE

Our role is not to decide what you should believe.

Our role is to:

prevent imminent harm
disrupt scams and coordinated deception
protect the integrity of the platform
allow ideas to stand or fall on their merits

We do not allow misinformation that poses a significant risk of harm.

This includes:

health misinformation that discourages necessary care
election interference or civic process misinformation
false claims that may incite panic or violence

ALLOWED

personal opinions
good-faith debate
lived experiences
verified reporting and analysis

AI-GENERATED AND EDITED CONTENT

We allow AI-generated or significantly edited content with transparency.

REQUIRED DISCLOSURE

content that is fully or significantly AI-generated and presents realistic people or events

NOT ALLOWED

deceptive use of AI to impersonate private individuals
fabricated crisis events
misleading portrayals of public figures

AUTHENTICITY AND PLATFORM INTEGRITY

Pr3ss3D is built around real people and real engagement.

NOT ALLOWED

bots or automated accounts
impersonation
fake engagement or manipulation
covert influence operations
attempts to evade enforcement

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts engaged in deceptive behavior.

COMMERCIAL AND MONETIZED CONTENT

Commercial activity must be transparent.
