This Copyright Policy explains how intellectual property rights are handled on Pr3ss3D. It applies to all Subscribers, Content Creators, and visitors who access or interact with content on the Pr3ss3D platform.
OWNERSHIP OF CONTENT
Content Creators retain full ownership of the original content they create and publish on Pr3ss3D, including videos, images, audio, text, and other media, subject to the licenses granted below.

Posting content on Pr3ss3D does not transfer ownership of that content to Pr3ss3D or to other users.

LICENSE GRANTED TO PR3SS3D
By posting content on Pr3ss3D, Content Creators grant Pr3ss3D a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, distribute, and make available that content solely within the Pr3ss3D platform and its features.
​
This license exists only for the purpose of operating, improving, promoting, and securing the platform, including content discovery, sharing, reposting, cut-ins, and other on-platform interactions.
​
This license does not grant Pr3ss3D the right to sell, license, or distribute creator content outside the platform except as explicitly authorized through platform features.
​
ON-PLATFORM SHARING AND REPOSTING
Pr3ss3D is a closed ecosystem. Content shared, reposted, remixed, or otherwise reused within the platform remains attributed to the original creator.
​
On-platform reposting or reuse does not transfer ownership, create a new copyright interest, or grant any user rights to extract or redistribute content outside Pr3ss3D.
​
Pr3ss3D may allow reposting, cut-ins, or similar features that increase content reach while preserving attribution and creator value.
​
IMPOSTER AND REPOST ACCOUNTS
Accounts that repost or reuse content do not acquire ownership or independent rights to that content.
​
Pr3ss3D reserves discretion in how it handles repost, imposter, or derivative accounts. Because attribution and value remain associated with the original creator by design, not all repost activity requires removal or enforcement action.

Pr3ss3D may take action when reposting or reuse causes confusion, misrepresentation, or violates the Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.

DOWNLOADS AND CONTENT PURCHASES
Certain content may be made available for purchase and download by Content Creators.

When content is purchased for download:

The purchaser receives a license, not ownership.

License type, scope, and permitted uses are determined by the Content Creator at the time of sale.

License terms may include personal use, commercial use, or other creator-defined permissions.

Pr3ss3D facilitates these transactions and applies a platform commission, but does not define or control creator licensing terms beyond enforcing compliance with platform policies.

Unless expressly stated by the Content Creator, no download grants the right to redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publicly display content outside the scope of the purchased license.

EXTRACTION AND OFF-PLATFORM USE
Except where content has been explicitly purchased for download under a defined license, users may not extract, download, reproduce, distribute, or exploit content outside the Pr3ss3D platform.

Unauthorized off-platform use of content may result in enforcement actions, including content removal, account restrictions, or termination, consistent with the Terms of Service.

COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT AND DMCA
Pr3ss3D respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same.

If you believe that content on Pr3ss3D infringes your copyright, you may submit a copyright infringement report through the reporting tools available on the platform or by contacting us at:

Reports must include sufficient information to identify the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing content, and the reporting party.

Pr3ss3D may remove or restrict access to content that is determined to infringe intellectual property rights and may take additional action in accordance with applicable law.

REPEAT INFRINGEMENT
Accounts that repeatedly violate copyright or intellectual property rights may be subject to escalating enforcement actions, including suspension or termination.

Pr3ss3D reserves the right to consider context, intent, and platform design when determining appropriate enforcement.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Copyright Policy from time to time. Any changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
